A never-ending sandstorm rages in a perfect spiral, its winds howling with fury. At the storm's heart lies a calm, hollow eye where a circle of ancient stone monoliths stands. It is said the storm is a manifestation of the djinn entrapped within the monoliths as it seeks to free itself. Those brave enough to reach the center claim the air is heavy with the djinn’s whispers, offering unimaginable power in exchange for its freedom. The price, however, is often more than what it seems.

Side Quest: Bargain with the Djinn

A powerful efreet wishes to destroy the djinn trapped within the Eye of the Desert to settle an ancient score. The adventurers are tasked with entering the storm and striking a dangerous bargain with the djinn. However, the storm is deadly, as are the storm elementals that guard the prison. Upon reaching the eye, the adventurers must decipher ancient sigils that control the djinn’s prison. They discover the djinn is plotting his own escape, and the adventurers must decide whether to free and destroy him, seal him away forever, or strike a bargain to use his power for their own ends.
