The prison-fortress is constructed from massive iron chains. Within its walls, the worst criminals and heretics of Saarcia are held. Escape is said to be impossible, for the chains themselves crush any who attempt to flee.

Side Quest: The Heretic’s Escape

A notorious heretic that seeks the destruction of all gods, who led a rebellion against the Dawnheralds, is imprisoned within the stronghold. The adventurers are hired by a secretive faction to extract the heretic in order to leverage his knowledge and influence within Saarcia.
